Don’t Forget to Support our Local Farmers!

As we enter into April, Easter, and Spring Season, it is important to remember to support our farmers. So many farmers depend on locals to purchase goods (hay, straw, eggs, fresh beef & pork & local honey). Farmers Markets will be opening soon and if you haven’t checked out Hardesty Farms and Greenhouses yet, then you’re truly missing out on some fantastic greenhouse beauties. Remember Robert’s Family Farm, with their fabulous bakery and sweet shop. As always, Chapman Farms has hay/straw, and our famous “Boss Lady’s” sweetcorn when in season. This is the time of year that many farmers will be driving their equipment up and down the roads, please be patient when encountering tractors, sprayers, etc. we all want to arrive at our destination safely.
